In February 2022 I became interested in flying FPV with no prior experience. I got Velocidrone and started practicing, and I bought all parts to build a cinewhoop. I got my Ham radio license February 2023.

DJI Digital FPV Goggles V2
RDQ 22.2V 6S 1050mAh 90C LiPo
BetaFPV ELRS Lite 2.4GHz RX
BetaFPV ELRS Micro 2.4GHz TX 1W
GoPro 8
All other necessary small parts

All the parts are still unused in a box 3 years later. What should I do?

This happens to me a lot. (After many years of suspecting, I just recently got an inattentive ADHD diagnosis at age 42. I am a major hobby hopper. It’s very frustrating.) I seriously doubt I will ever get back to building. I have a family and demanding job, and I never seem to have any leftover energy, despite always thinking I will.

Should I cut my losses and get a DJI Avata 2 and get flying without the building process? Other recommendations?

Should I sell the parts, or keep them just in case? Probably not worth much anymore.

You might be able to sell them. You could also consider getting a prebuilt quad that's compatible with the gear you got. I wouldn't really recommend DJI drones for FPV. Their video system's great, but the drone's aren't made to be repairable

Like what sort of prebuilt? Would there not be tweaking to do (worries me I would do something wrong and slice myself up)?

Check out something like the BetaFPV Air75. It's not a DJI video system but it will work with your radio

Only works with goggles n3 or 3 though

Oh I see that the Meteor75 has DJI, yeah

I wear glasses, at the time I was going to look into getting prescription inserts or whatever for the Goggles V2. Do the newer versions do better with that without needing to buy something specialized?

The N3 goggles are pretty affordable. Is there a downside to O4? If I switch anyways, I could go to walk snail or HD zero. My priority is video quality I’d say. That’s why I was planning to use DJI stuff in the first place.

Not really a downside as far as I know. If you just care about picture quality DJI's probably the way to go for you
