it seems like you only get it a low throttle?

you have an unfiltered peak just above 100hz and it causes issues when fed into the dterm

that could pretty much be anything but points to a physical issue with the quad like something is loose or not tied down, like a battery lead or antenna

or some unknown damage to the frame
