Increase power while level to go away from the ground

well it wont fix prop wash lol. all it does is vary motor power output at zero throttle to keep the props at a steady speed. on my whoop, i wanted a very low idle motor speed to increase hangtime. if i set it low and then i tried to pull out of a dive, before i got the chance to punch the throttle, the motors would be overpowered by the quad falling through the air at low idle throttle and the motors would basically stall mid air. with dyn idle, the fc can raise the motor power to prevent the motors from stopping while youre falling (with the quad right side up) because in that case the air is working against the props at very low rpm. you get the best of both worlds because the fc knows motor speed and can adapt the idle power to keep the speed steady regardless of what the airflow is doing

you need to filter and tune for propwash

or if youre stupid like me, preset
