Not going to cause an explosion but can be improved upon. Make sure you use a high heat so you get that shiny look on the top of the solder joint. Also you could trim the wires a bit shorter, generally you want to keep exposed wire to as minimal as possible for the joint.
But to answer the question, it shouldn't blow up, my first solder joints looked similar and thing flew fine. I'd advise resoldering if you want it perfect though!
