#Using powerbank with goggles and charger

I have a 50W powerbank that can output up to 20V. I wanted to use it to power the goggles and charge LiPOs. I bought a USB to DC cable, however the powerbank only outputs 5V 2A, it's a dumb cable and it can't tell the powerbank what voltage and power to output.

Are there any hacks to make the powerbank output more power?

It's not the cable.

Modern chargers have bidirectional communication abilities. The device and the charger negotiate the power required, then it gets sent.

If no comms, you get 5v@2A as all the "dumb" devices can handle that.
