i cant seem to ge them off with my hands or tweezers or anything, i need to align them differently to put the screws in, but ive been trying to remove them for 30 minutes now

undo the screws

hold the motor and twist the prop while pulling up

i managed to get one off by using a flathead screwdriver and like lifting it on one side

then i managed to get under it

ill see if i can get the rest off
