Just finished binding the drone and I put a uav tech 2 inch to 4 inch present on it I push the pitch forward and the drone Flys up almost at full throttle and when I go to the reciver tab on beta flight all the axis are fine

Check these things, in this order. Only after you have painstakingly checked these things will we move on to other possible causes

Flight controller orientation
Plug into Betaflight Configurator (I assume you're using BF), and go to the Setup tab. Pick up your quad and move it, at the same time, verify that the 3d model on the screen moves the same way your quad. If it does not match your physical movement, go to the Configuration tab and adjust the Flight Controller Orientation settings appropriately. -
Propeller direction
Go to the motors tab, and verify that the propeller direction shown on the Mixer diagram is the same as how you have put the propellers on your quad. Also double check that the motors on right-side-up (there is generally lettering on the top-side of the prop) -
Motor direction
If the above two things don't fix your problem, take the propellers off. Grab a piece of paper, and go to the Motors tab. Using the Motor Test Mode, slowly spin up each motor and use the piece of paper to verify that it is spinning the correct direction, as shown by the Mixer diagram.
