So I got the above FC but doesn't seem like I can connect it any longer due to not being supported in Betaflight.
Nothing else I can do with it but dump it in the bin?

I can't remember what version of the standalone BF Configurator handles v3.5

I wouldn't recommend v4.0 for F3 processors, it doesn't fly as well as 3.5
