Or just somewhere where you can put a topic that isn't necessary for help, but like a poll, or just a discussion where you want to have your own channel for it, cause the help forum isn't suited for that, and you don't necessarily want a conversation in a busy channel where everybody talks over everybody, it might be a good idea
