Looking to buy some nd filters for Christmas to help with the microstutter from my mini 2, could anyone recommend some filters?

To be honest, the difference between one and another isn't huge. If your not using it professionally then the first one on Amazon will probably be fine. That said, whether or not it will fix the microstutters I don't know: why would it help with them?
