Attention! I on the lookout for someone to manage the official drone community Instagram page. If you're interested, please reach out! I in need of an individual who can commit to posting at least 1-2 times a week, is actively involved in our Discord server, and can be trusted with the role. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to keep up with the responsibilities myself, and I'm hoping to find someone else who can handle them. Thanks for your interest!

Thats what i was thinkin', stuff for images and videos, not necessarily a contest but rather an opportunity for people to get the content featured

I've been a social media manager myself for 3 years on a few pages on both Instagram and TikTok.

During my highlights, I have gotten millions of views weekly and on some weeks I may recieved a few thousand views at best.

It's not easy, and I was spending about 5 hours a day for 3 pages on Instagram, 1 on TikTok.

On Instagram they had 120k, 50k and 8k followers, on TikTok I reached 25k followers within the first year (with 8 million+ reach).

I can show proof, it's not a problem for me. I am interested although I'm not sure if I will always have the time to put in to have an active account.

FPV isn't an easy topic either, and its not very popular so I don't expect to get huge amounts of views unless I create special (or rather extreme/ slightly dangerous) content including FPV.

When social media shows intense or slightly more violent stuff, it can make people stay and pay more attention. This is because our brains find extreme things more interesting or captivating. It's like when you see something surprising or shocking, it grabs your attention.

Social media platforms often use this to keep people on their apps for a longer time. When posts are more extreme, people might share or talk about them more, and that gets others interested too. It's kind of like a cycle – the more extreme stuff gets attention, and that attention makes people want to stick around and see more. That's why you may have seen many deadly car crashes on instagram reels as it makes peop;e watch the video and engage in it. Anger is what gives people energy to interact with certain stuff.

I'm not saying I am into violent or extreme content, nor do I support it. I've always made sure there were no severe injuries and that nothing was done on purpose or hateful or any act of terrorism.

I understand for the owner/admin of the drone community server that they might not like seeing this type of content posted on their instagram page, even when the subject is fpv and I completely understand that. But this has been my way and other instagram pages I worked together didn't seem to mind it, as long as there was engagement and growth.
