I have a deerac D23 and 2 minutes after I start flying it , it just falls straight into the ground with propellers turned off and sometimes it'll knock out the battery on it. Could anyone explain to me how to fix this issue?

It worked yesterday but now it's just falling out of the air and I've tried both of its 2 battery packs and it still fell mid air

there is probebly not much to do to find out the issue since it is a toy thats probably really hard to debugged

Well I did take off the Propellers and cleaned out any hair that got stuck in it, and that added a extra year of life to it

Then it slammed it self into the ground 1 time
And crashed into a bush

i had a toy drone when i was little like 50$ thing that you had to solder ur self was really cool but i crashed that thing at least a hundred times
