Moved it to the back so I could rear mount my antenna. Currently held down with vhb tape and zip ties. Seems like there must be a better solution.

maybe heat shrink around it but it should work completly fine

Yes please at least put some heatshrink on the receiver pcb. Other than that I see nothing wrong with this. I use vhb tape to secure mine without zip ties and they never move

Does the heat from the vista affect the vhb? I'll add heat shrink today, thanks.
