So I want to learn how to fly freestyle on my moubula7 ELRS but I don’t know that flight mode to use. I can see that there’s an angle mode, a horizon mode and a fpv angle mix mode, should I use one of thoes for freestyle?

On Betaflight, "acro" mode is actually in use when no flight modes are selected. I'm fairly sure that all of the modes you listed are all based on self-leveling, sticks control angle, whereas acro controls change of angle
Unless they've updated BF to have a new acro-specific flight mode. but I haven't heard of such.

Now I'm curious. I know that both my quads will show me whether I'm in angle or acro mode. (The only 2 modes I use) but I don't remember how I set things up to do that. And I'm sadly away from my drones for the weekend.
