While i was building my quad, somehow i droped some solder on the chip pads
I tried it to take it away with my soldering iron but it wen all over the pads

Yea you really fucked up there
you need some soldering wick/braid and try to clean that up
The rest of the soldering also looks pretty atrocious so maybe buy a practice board as well before you destroy any more expensive stuff

Superwick is a good brand. I think you can get this off though. Some flux will help as well
