I made a bind with a cinelog 20 with expresslrs and a zorro radio. On the radio I see the signal quality at maximum if I disconnect the drone the radio says it loses telemetry. but if I connect the drone in betaflight the radio pans do nothing, it's not that the controls have changed but that it doesn't move any bar. I'm no pro on the topic but if you think the radio's already bound and the signal's working, then it's likely gonna be an issue of setting up the transmitter inputs in betaflight. I think you start with setting up ports (iirc you need to look at which UART your receiver is connected to, e.g. TX2/RX2 or TX3/RX3, TX4... so on. they're pairs.)
Next something about checking the channel order TAER/AETR something something. But at that point, the transmitter should be moving some of the bars, just possibly in the wrong order
