When throttle is applied to takeoff, it takes off a couple of feet and dies. All props and motors are correctly positioned and battery is fully charged. Any Ideas?

If you replaced the ESCs, there is a distinct chance that one of the motors is not turning the correct direction. Runaway protection would trigger to prevent the quad from flying away

I thought I got them all right, but must have forgotten to write one of the changes on motor direction, it flys great now, thanks for all your help

So the issue was fixed but now its back, it arms fine but as soon as i touch throttle it flies up then cuts/spins out??

You're describing textbook runaway error, so that's all I have to work off at the moment.
