I have an mamba f45 128k esc and a speedybee f405 v3 fc
My current readings are a bit weird and usualy it measures thousands of amp
What is going on

Sounds like you need to calibrate the current sensor scale in Betaflight power settings
Connect your quad to Betaflight Configurator, go to the Power & Battery tab, and adjust the Scale setting under the Amperage Meter section
Just as a place to start, I have the Mamba BLS F50 in one of my builds and the scale is set to 80
