With a lipo catching fire/smoke like that should I be concerned with my electronics (receiver, FC & VTX) being damaged or risk to short?🥶

yeah, carbon from the smoke can cause shorts on the board. wash it down in alcohol before powering it up again.
there's a risk of heat damaging something, but if the short didn't send power through the boards, they should be fine
