Walksnail's HD system prioritizes video quality, and looks quite good at 1080p. HDZero's system is lower quality--still HD, but designed around low latency 720P performance.
Both goggles are rated quite well, though it is worth noting that HDZero's goggles have an HDMI input, where the Walksnail goggles do not. This means that the HDZero goggles are able to be fitted with a Walksnail VRX (video receiver), which allows the user to operate both Walksnail and HDZero drones from the same set of goggles (obviously not at the same time)
