Need some help wiring caddx to mamba mk4 f405 mini FC/ESC Stack

Hey All!

I am having issues figuring out how to wire my caddx to the FC listed above.

Here is a wiring diagram for my stack (the main diagram is alll the way at the bottom of this page): https://www.diatone.us/products/mb-mk4-f405-mini-fc?variant=39859802767447&currency=USD
The stack came with the cable pictured, and the wiring diagram suggests to plug one end into the FC and the other into a DJI air unit.

The issue is that I have the Caddx vista which has 6 pads: sbus, gnd, tx, rx, gnd, and v
It seems like there are pads on the top side of the FC I could possibly solder the caddx to, but I'm not sure what the correct configuration is. Or/would I be able to plug in to the bottom and snip the wires and solder them on to the caddx?

I also included the bottom, and top wiring diagrams of the FC.

Im doing a lot of research, I'm thinking i wire to these pads marked in red lines (v, g, tx, VTX - which is also rx??) I think I can ignore the 5v and second gnd, but im not sure? And then bridge the bottom for 6s? Im trying really hard to figure it out on my own but dont want to ruin any of my electronics. Thanks again!

VTX is analog video

got nothing to do with a vista

Personally I'd use the connector if possible

I was thinking that if I use the top pad I can wire the caddx rx to vtx, or would I use rx4/and tx4 on the fc to connect with the caddx rx and tx pads.

Would I connect the plug into the fc and then strip the wires on the other end and solder that to my caddx?

Ok, I didn’t know that. About the vtx pad.
I was trying to make an educated guess because the bottom plug labels nearly mimics how the top pads are labeled in the diagram. I’m trying to learn as I go this is my first time truly re-building a drone while also not destroying $/electronics

The plug has everything you need neatly ordered

Quick question - you're using the caddx as a receiver? @pine lance

The caddx is for video and elrs is the reciever. I think, if I have that correct

Then don't connect the SBUS/HDL wire from the caddx

that's for the DJI receiver side of things
