What voltage/cell batteries have you guys used with the skyzone module bay adapter?

So I got myself this adapter but it has literally 0 specs nor a manual, and I'm nervous about plugging in wrong battery and potentially frying the module bay or the expensive module inside it.

Dont you plug the adapter directly into the goggles? Like this(with the module)
