I sat down knowing elrs is using one of them

It looks like TMotor recommends the RX on UART 1 or 3, other than that it looks like it may not matter?

#

UART2 seems to be closest to the analog camera pinouts

And do I need to connect it to batt?

#

Or just 5v

#

I recently desodered the vtx and cam

I believe the Walksnail VTX takes 6-25.2V, so 5V won't be enough

I see batt filled in and stuff

Honestly, I'd be tempted to solder the power for the WS VTX to the +/- pads meant for an analog camera, because they're closer to UART 2 RX and TX. Plus you can bridge that jumper to set the voltage to VBAT output

Ok how do I clean it?

Soldering wick and/or solder sucker?

Aw crap

#

Don't have those

It's a good idea to have them on hand. Soldering is very rarely a once-and-done job lol

Lol

#

Is this good?

That'll work. Definitely get wick though, and clean up that flux if you want it to look 💯

Yes sir
