#ESC du-du-du sounds played twice

There are actually four ESCs, they just happen to all be on the same board, but they all start up individually, and play their startup tones through their respective motors. It is possible for them to start up at different speeds, but as long as they all behave normally after that, it's OK
I just checked - all four of them beep at the same time: du-du-du du-du-du beep beep
Aaaaand it f5@king died.
Three weeks I waited for this FC, three days I soldered and bolted it all together in the evenings, today were the final changes, I needed to change direction of two motors and once I was ready to test fly it and go to sleep it f@3king died.
Looks like 5v regulator - there is 0.11 on 5 volt pads. Might salvage it with an external regulator.
But dammit. I hate this.
I should have checked the voltage on 5v pads earlier today. Those extra beeps might have been a symptom.
Un-freaking-believable.
FC is alright, it's the VTX. It started shorting 5v to ground.
Freaking Foxeer VTX.
Longer story: this Foxeer Foxwhoop I bought in summer. Almost immediately it stopped working. It turned out that it was the VTX - it shrted 5v to ground. Everything else was alright. So I wrote to Foxeer and they sent me replacement one from China. I couldn't wait another two weeks, so I bought BetaFPV VTX from a local store. It worked just fine for a half of the year. Foxeer VTX, once it arrived, I checked - it wasn't shorting. But I didn't want to reassemble the whoop so I kept it as a back up.
A month ago Foxeer FC died on me. I ordered this HAKRC FC, this whole week I soldered and reassembled the whoop in the evenings. This time I decided to use Foxeer VTX - it's 350w against 200w which I was using all this time. I checked it once I soldered it - it was working. Tramp interface was working fine too.
And then it just died. Second VTX in a row, and the FC too. I am probably not buying anything from Foxeer any time soon.
Frustrating
:/
Yeah, thanks.
