Hello,

I recently purchased a tinyhawk 2 and I am still trying to get it into the air. I have the betaflight application on my computer(10.6) since it is the only one that will make almost everything work. I have tried the newest software, 4.2, and 4.0. 4.2 is the only one that works with everything. The problem I am facing is that the quad's motors won't spin up. In betaflight it shows as everything on the controller is working like throttle, pitch, roll, etc. When I do status code in the CLI there are no major issues other than CLI and MSP but from my research those don't matter really. I am using the modes suggest by Emax website as shown below. I have tried testing the motors via betaflight and yes I ticked the I understand the risk button. I have tried the normal way with a battery. Whenever I try to do the dump files on the setup process on Emax website it seems to break it and not recognize the gyro on all version. I've tried the recommended version (10.51), the latest (10.8) and (10.6) the one that seems to work best. I have made sure the motor connectors are snug into the port. By the way it is all of the motors not working. If there is anything else I could try please let me know,

Thanks.

Hey, when you plug in do you get start up tones?

Yes I do

Do you get any twitching when you try to spin them by Betaflight?

No nothing at all

Hmm. That is odd. So the flight controller isn't communicating with the ESC.

#

But I'm pretty sure it's an all-in-one.

It’s sending some communication from remote to drone because if I flip the switches on back of remote the leds change on drone

So what I gather is that the flight controller and receiver are talking, the ESC is working and getting power to the flight controller, but the FC is not talking to the ESC.

#

I'll come back to it tomorrow if nobody figures it out. I don't know the answer.

A little update. This morning without changing anything I got the drone to fire up. So motors aren’t broke. But when they were spinning it wasn’t right. If I move the throttle a very small amount the drone saw it as max throttle.
