No that’s one of those cheap chargers. But if it’s all you can get sue to budget

if that's a legit SkyRC unit and not a knockoff (most are), then it only blows up batteries sometimes, after a long time usage

Don't forget you need a separate power supply for it, which you don't need with the 608ac
So it could end up costing you more, as well as burning down your house
