Transmitter not working, but working?

Quad: Betaflight Meteor 65 Pro ELRS
Transmitter: Jumper T-Pro with external ELRS module

I bound the quad and the RC via the ui on the external module and that seems to have worked. Betaflight sees my transmitter, but then when I disconnect and go to fly nothing. Im 90% sure my arm switches are correct, my min-check seems fine. Betaflight can spin up the motors, and when I am disconnected I can get the motors to react to every stick movement minus Throttle up. Any and all pointers or guidance to additional resources would be very appreciated. Thank you for any and all help in advance! 🙂

As far as I can tell. The preview reacts as I would expect it to.
And I can see all the channels react to inputs.

Minor update: I must have changed something and not realized it, as now no stick commands work then the quad is disconnected from Betaflight. But the transmitter still works when the quad is connected to Betaflight, with and with out battery attached to the quad.

The Transmitter also says a connection is established with the quad when the quad is discoed from Betaflight, but then nada.

Sounds like you have turtle mode (flip over after crash) enabled

also, you need to powercycle the drone after disconnecting USB

Are you getting telemetry from the drone while it's battery powered and not connected to the USB?
If so, perhaps check Betaflight for arming prevention flags, maybe you missed something and it's just not arming because of that?

I guess also don't forget to power the remote first, ELRS Rx modules go into wi-fi update mode after like 20-30seconds otherwise and don't recieve any more signals after that until power cycled

Yeah, the module was saying connected, though with various lvls of strength

Here are my three tabs.
Im going to work on flashing the RX and TX tomorrow to ensure they are on the same version as well.
In terms of the turtle modes, sadly I couldn't find the option to see if it was enabled.
