I am new to this hobby and I got an Arris C250 V1 and then procceeded to destroy an ESC by cutting it with a bent prop. I then fixed it by adding a new ESC, the same make and model as before. After doing so, I tested it and after throttling up then down then back up, it spins and drops on the ESC that I replaced. I have tried Google, all the things they suggested didn't work. I attached two videos of what is happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Desync. You should up the motor timing to 22.5 or 23 degrees via ESC settings if you haven't done that already. A lil bit higher rampup power on that ESC might help too, and you could raise Betaflight idle by a touch maybe
