#How to enable block placing/breaking in-game?

I only saw one thread with this question, but it was labelled as a bug and could not help me. Can someone tell me how to enable block placing and breaking for players in-game?

Skywars doesn't prevent this by default

Check your spawn protection and worldguard setting among other plugins that do world protection
