We usually play randoms and get teammates who are not as cooperative like a private team. Also cue time takes too long due to low FPP players.
We also think that we can do on our own and play solos. But now a days everyone has gone blind to get there rank up so much that it has toxicated the gaming community. People start using hacks and cheats but the most cheating case in solos had been TEAMING.
Sadly pubg doesn't takes much action towards it.
__HOW TO IMPROVE?__
Here we come to help our gaming brother and sisters.

We will conduct CUSTOM MATCHES every day! (Once we reach a decent number of players custom matches will begin)
14 members will be selected to host the custom matches.
After a particular time period teams will be selected based on there performances( Of course players will have there freedom to chose there team but any left out will be forced to play in the team based on his/her performance )
⚡ To make it a competitive atmosphere we have decided to make a SPECIAL TOURNAMENT (Solo/squad/duo) at the end of each month. The winners don't only get the chicken dinner but also a title in server like Gamer of the month, Squad of the month, Most kills etc.
