@storm sentinel the Singapore servers have been red bars for so long! When will the be fixed? Last night playing was a nightmare. Can they be fixed before new maps come out? Red bars every game now. @bitter talon

Hey! I'll get back to you in a bit, hold tight.

#

There is no specific mention of issues with Singapore servers in the provided information. However, connection issues can be caused by various factors such as local network problems, ISP issues, or server-side problems. You can try some general troubleshooting steps like restarting your router, checking your NAT type, or disabling any VPNs or proxies. If the issue persists, it might be related to server-side problems that are not detailed here.

The only game that has connection issues is WWZ. All other games work perfectly. I’m on Ethernet, not WiFi. Speed tested super fast.

I’ve been playing this games for years. 700+ hours invested

I'm also having connection problems. The game crashes instantly. It seems like a server is experiencing a power outage 👾

@storm sentinel Any chance you can help with Singapore servers? I’ve tried all the fixes and nothing works.

We (me and my gf) are experiencing the same issue, even in Europe. We are playing in the same room, with Ethernet cable and even when we are getting the chance to start a game online with the two of us, the connection issues (ping over 60-80, but also above 100 sometimes) is still persisting. We noticed this type of issue since end November/early December (2025) as well.

For me, it's not understandable how a company is expecting somebody to buy something but that company is not providing the necessary base to let that somebody enjoy what he/she ideally acquired.

I just really hope that Saber is not trying to save money by deactivating servers while expecting income from sales (for example, the DLCs getting the same price tag every sale since the release on steam) and from the "new" Walking Dead themed DLC that is mostly recycled from other parts of the game. Are these just a part of some rumours?

With the latest update, things are 10 times worse. More red bars. I have claymores permanently stuck to my feet. Had to drop explosive ammo 5-6 times before it stays.

#

Initial screen frozen. Cannot skip opening anymore

#

Cannot check status midgame.

#

But please for the love of god, fix the red bars!!! It has been over 2 years since the servers have worked normally.

#

@storm sentinel I’m begging you
