Hello, how are you?
I went two days without playing World War Z, and after Thursday’s update, the game is having some problems. I’m going to mention a few of them:

When you click to start the game, it simply doesn’t load and shows a connection error. Out of every 5 matches you try to start, only 1 or 2 will work — the others won’t.

There’s also the ping issue. I ran a test here: some matches have 260 ping, others 126, and others 10. It’s never stable. Could you please pass this on to the Saber team?

I’d also like to understand why Saber keeps doing this kind of maintenance on the game. It was working perfectly — no connection issues, and ping was stable. Why mess with something that was already working? I really don’t get it.
Instead of doing maintenance to improve the game, it ends up making it worse.
I’m reporting and saying all this because I’m an active player and I care about the game, but this makes it hard.
I hope you understand!

I've been having the same problem as @Great-warrior for over a week. So far no solution.

#2 has been an issue for a while, sometimes you can join a game with the same 4 people where everyone has 10-20 ping, only to have 100 the next game and from that point on never have it return to a server with 10-20 :c
My friend, the issue now isn't even the ping anymore — it's the game itself.
There are several matches where you start, and the game just gets stuck on the loading screen.
It must be some kind of bug or maybe a server issue?
oh I know, although for me those are much less frequent - I've noticed recently there are a lot of 'ghost lobbies' as well where you see 4 people in them but the countdown starts as soon as you press ready, which makes quickplay unusable because it always puts you in that same lobby.. kinda has to be a server problem imo 
Restarting the game seems to fix the ping problem for a little while which is a silver lining lol
I already passed the issue to the team, and they will need support tickets with your KSIVA codes included. If you already shared it with them, please send me the ticket number so that I can pass that on to them. They will use it to study the case! 🙏
For the loading screen getting stuck in online play, could you confirm if you are using a VPN while that is happening? It could possibly be affecting matchmaking to make that issue occur.

Me and a few other players have been complaining for several days now about various issues.
The main one at the moment is that when you try to start a match, the game simply doesn't launch.
Out of 10 matches, only 2 (if that) actually start.
This is happening both in solo and in full team matches.
I would like to know Saber’s position on this, because you ask us to contact support,
but when we do, the problem is not solved.
It's getting more and more frustrating and discouraging.
It feels like Saber doesn't care about the game, let alone the players.

I've been having the same problem for almost three weeks. Yesterday, it was almost impossible to play. Now my question is: When will they fix this?
Because they don't seem to be concerned, because so far no one from Saber has commented. I say this because I've been playing since launch and I really like it. It's a shame that it seems to be slowly being abandoned by the people responsible.
Just a rant from a fan of the game. Please, Saber, fix this.
Hi, @rugged knot and @rancid mantle! I can understand your frustration. 🙏 So far, I haven't received an update from the server team, but I will check with them again about this. Last time I checked, they were actively investigating, but needed more players to report their cases to support, as that would help them determine the origin of the issue.
Good afternoon, Angelika. It's not just those players who are having trouble connecting to matches — I'm also experiencing the same issues, and so is my friend who plays with me. It's simply unplayable. Out of every 10 matches, 8 are disconnecting. You brought the servers back to Brazil, but it still seems very unstable
