When the last player alive gets pinned or downed, the game ends even when holding Adrenaline.

This is most obvious when pinned by a Lurker with temporary health. The game just ends even though we can stand back up.

Please fix. Can allow us to unpin ourselves or extend the game timer if we have Adrenaline.

Edit: Players should also be able to shove off Lurkers after -75% damage. They shouldn’t be game-ending, especially with how buggy their double-spawns and teleportation are.

Forget about it, because if the devs listened to the community, they would give us the ADS/IRD, a jump button, optimization for the PS4 version of the game(I'm playing on the ps5) because there's frame drops on certain parts of the maps.

But no they decide to make the game VR when the majority of the community doesn't have a VR headset+Controllers.

I think dev’s listen but have to weigh cost/benefit for implementation.

This should be a low cost and easy fix. I’m optimistic.

I used a booster but this happens with all pins (bulls, lurkers, hordes, etc.) It's exaggerated on lower difficulties, but on higher difficulties we go down pretty quick and still lose the game. It also happens when downed and holding the adrenaline button to get back up. The delay from adrenaline sometimes makes getting up too slow compared to the Game Over timer, so we still lose. (There are also times where we don't want to get up instantly to let the zeke clear off us.)

Since it can take a while to go down from full temp health, perhaps we can either:

  1. Accelerate the pin damage if all teammates are dead so we're instantly downed and can start using Adrenaline.
  2. Have Adrenaline be used automatically and unpin/revive us if we're the last player standing.
  3. Just extend the game timer to some reasonable length (15s). When we have "too much" health to go down quickly we'd still lose but it's better than nothing.

Also I still stand by Lurkers being too punishing. Let us mash "E (interact)" to fight it off or unpin after -75% health. Lurkers are instantly game-ending at full health and that's not fun with how they're known to teleport and double-spawn.

I think an easier solution would be to have Adrenalin let you unpin yourself. That way, if you’re quick, you can still save yourself. But if you’re too slow or don’t have one, you aren’t forced to wait and watch another player slowly bleed out when everyone knows the game is over.

Also, if you really feel you need the ability to push creepers and bulls off of you, the Slasher class has a skill that automatically does that after 5 seconds with zero cooldown. Although I’m not sure if that’s quick enough to stop the game over screen when you’re the last one standing. Can anyone confirm if that works?
