Maybe your cross play is off or your nat type might be 3. My connection is pretty messed up but waiting 4..5 mins or more. Someone will eventually show up 🤣

What modes do you play? Challenge hard always gives me full lobbies on public and I genuinely can't remember the last bad experience I had, if you aren't including inexperienced players
