The quest named 'History Class' that taken from Lady Avery has something odd.
Your goal is to kill Flame Angler, yet there are 2 types of Flame Angler.
Version1: 3x Flame Angler together.
Version2: 1x Flame Angler (alone)
You need to kill alone version, yet both of the mob names are same. So 3 pack Flame Angler mob name should be different.

When you kill the Flame Angler mobs in that 3 pack dudes, it doesn't count towards
You have to kill 'single' ones that is out of that pack
Otherwise quest doesn't count that you kill any Flame Angler mob

the "fake" mobs spawn in packs of 2, the "real" ones have 3 single spots they spawn at

I mean if it's a Flame Angler and if we want it to stay as it is, it would be cool do add an adjective like
Mock Flame Angler or Decoy Flame Angler
Else I'd name it smth like
