an enchantment for weapons? One already exists for the dragonscale blade and dragon halberd in vanilla ER

if you want to convert to a spell, you can take a look at how other spells work. generally you'll need to set up new stuff for
- magic
- equipparamgoods
- special effect param
a lot of those you can copy from other stuff! try and copy the information for say lightning armament first and use that as a template
you can reuse the strength for the lightning enhancement from there, for your speffect param youll want to make sure you have similar parameters for adding lightning damage and making sure the frost carriers over as well. once you get into the weeds you can post screenshots in here and people can assist you
