I would like to make a few changes to graces, but i havent figured out how they apply their effects.
(In short I want to make them slowly replenish HP/FP, instead of instantly)

Pretty sure they are hardcoded to apply a couple spEffects, in base ER it's 100 and some above it

You could update those spEffects to do your desired things instead
