I used Smithbox to edit the CameraExFollowParam follow rate and the automatic rotation rate. I exported it as CameraExFollowParam.csv. How do I get the changes into my game now?

Create a new project in Smithbox, save your changes and use modengine to load your mods.

how do i get modengine to load my mod? i see a dll file and a ini file.

Open the .ini file in a text editor.

ok i got it to work. does anyone know what the param is that makes the camera rotate automatically towards the direction you move in?
