I would like to commission someone to make:

  • A set of armor
  • A weapon
  • An ash of war to go with that weapon
  • Maybe an incantation.

The armor and weapons will be custom assets (and not a reskin), with their own stats. Save for the weapon attack animations, which will be pulled from existing weapons in game.

  • Ash of War will more than likely be the same animations as an existing AoW, but with different/altered visual effects.
  • Same with the incantation, same animation, different/altered visual effects.

Depending on the price, I may request two sets (two sets of armor, weapons, 2 ashes, and 2 incantations).

If you are interested, please post examples of your work here and I will reach to to you for pricei nfo (unless you are oka ywith posting it here).

Thanks!

Please be aware that scammers are very common in this server. If you are looking to commission a mod, you should keep the following in mind:

  1. Really, you should try to do it yourself. There are many tutorials and guides on the Souls Modding Wiki to aid you, and the community here is very helpful.
  2. If you still intend to try and commission, note the users’ account creation date as well as the date they joined ?ServerName?. Give extra caution to accounts that have only been here 1 or 2 months.
  3. In most cases, you SHOULD NOT pay up front. Typically, someone should at least show a little bit of progress before even asking for a deposit.
  4. Ask for proof of previous work, and scrutinize. A lot of scammers will use random artstations showing 1-4 generic models. Also, if they say they can’t because they aren’t home, they are usually lying.
  5. Be VERY cautious of recommendations of accounts outside of the server. This is a common tactic they use to avoid getting banned.
  6. If they get impatient or frustrated easily, this is almost always a bad sign.
  7. Lastly, even with LEGITIMATE commissions, modders typically charge what seem to be very high rates. As I like to say, “the price is fair for the work being done, but not the product.” If you have any concerns, feel free to DM me the user profile and I can at least give you my opinion.

as Challenger said. never ever pay for a commission up front. you only pay for it once its done. then ask for video proof of them in game using the mod they made.
