Following on this topic, is there a way to create a new GameAreaParam for custom bosses? Currently I just have the NPC Param drop the runes after the boss is slain but I’m fairly certain that the GameAreaParam method circumvents any Rune increase buffs.

You could technically just not give the boss a GameAreaParam and just give the NpcParam of the boss runes to drop instead

I think I just used the unscaled npcparams for the enemies, which iirc drop no runes

I can’t remember, I really need to do a mini project to get more familiar with the smaller details of modding again
