like these files are the only ones I found that can be converted to mp4 without me recording it from the game

Cutscenes are not prerendered, that wouldn’t make sense

Because your character is in a lot of them

It is required that you play them in the games engine to see them (unless Meow brings the cutscene viewer to ER, which afaik is not planned)
