As it says on the box, I downloaded a model replacement and a mod to allow me to play as a wolf-lady and the sword's scabbard and my tail become transparent when I become a Phantom, message ghosts and bloodstain ghosts seem unaffected when forcing their appearances.

Another oddity is that the invisible part's shadows still appear and they obstruct some VFX.
Still stuck on this, and the crator of the wolf race mod is at a loss too...
Still don't know what causes this...
maybe thats cuz the material cant work properly when ur character has those effects
the same thing happen to me a few days ago while i was trying to do a Lady Maria summon
thats the moment when i was trying to understand why
the invasor red effect
hunter blue effect
cooperator yellowish / orange effect
and the light blue summon from the puppet
every single effect got that problem and i got the conclusion thats because the material of the model
Here as u can see, using the default armor makes the Npc looking normal
as it should be i guess
so, if u are trying to make a phantom or a custom npc to summon like i do, just delete the effect
its a speffect that gives u those colors i think
iirc*
Hope this helps u. if u need more info, search my messages from a few days ago. everything will help u if u are trying to do the same
You're misunderstanding my problem...
I want the tail and scabbard and such to be visible when I'm a Phantom...
Well, even if I am misunderstanding, maybe am not wrong and ur problem it’s because the materials of the armor so, if u want to keep the scabbard of the sword, change the material using fiver editor
Cuz as I said before, those things are related to materials. Maybe yes or maybe no, idk cuz I don’t have much experience the material of the model it’s important.

So, an update to this. I have somewhat come up with a band-aid fix for now but maybe this can also help lead to a real solution. Setting the opacity of the Phantom to 0.999999 made the tail and floof visible. Meaning it has something to do with entirely opaque Phantoms.
