-You go to Create > Parts > Object
-In Model Name copy and paste the ID of the object you want

I'm assuming the reason your objects disappear is because of wrong DrawGroups and DispGroups, so select the collision where your object is and copy those numbers. You could also copy the draw/disp group numbers of other objects near yours.
