My main uses the hero pass epaulet + weekly epaulet, which each give more stats than that epaulet.
I don't want to have to remember changing gear presets PLUS swapping epaulets for shadow's castle and Hell Taros 2, now that ATT is a more impactful stat in particular.
Epaulet stats weren't provided on the event notice page either, so people likely don't know what they're getting ahead of time.
In my case, I got baited into thinking it would be a golden-time-like epaulet. And it's now permabound to my main, I could've used it on my alt with a free epaulet slot.
I don't understand why such a small epaulet is this restricted and doesn't even match the AP weekly epaulet's stats. It's just gonna rot in my inventory now, I guess.

its so bad i didnt even prioritised it on my main char

at least they could do it same as the AP Epaulet so we replace this one instead
