Quest cannot be completed, probably because Gwynn is dead? I have the dialog from her, I have the book. She tells me to go talk to Brynn, but Brynn is not giving me follow up dialog, which would send me to a mission according to: https://vindictus.fandom.com/wiki/Weeping_Forest

Brynn is still there to interact with, I'm currently doing S4 story, so I'm backtracking
for side quest stuff

its a hail mary just to see if you can sidestep the story oddity
but see if any of the hoarfrost depths battles have a "story" tag on your list
maybe you can just get the book as a drop
and skip this bit

But I have the book, it dropped in a mission... Can't interact with the book.

I'm supposed to receive information to be able to enter a battle, but I don't get it and the battle is not visible to me...
Ah well, let's just say... deleting the book was not a good idea, I don't think I can re-obtain it anymore, so it's kinda cooked 🥴
after deleting the book, I got a new dialog option with brynn: stolen scroll...that made a quest pop up...then I got the book again from the same mission as before, was able to talk to brynn, and finish both quests
I guess you can close this thread... weirdge but worked
