To clarify a bit:
Server: Also NA
2: Started with the patch from today 5/21/2024

-Open inventory
-Equip armor or weapon level 90+
-Open "Items soon to expire" window
-Hover over the 90+ equipped item
-Note that the "Items soon to expire" window is closed
The suspicion is that the Tuning window that pops up when you hover over a level 90+ armor or weapon causes this, since it seems to be the biggest change today.
I haven't found another window this occurs for other than "Items soon to expire". It doesn't happen for received items, search, or several other menus.
Possibly related, though hard to test without an event going on that causes this:

This is still happening, and I only just noticed (though it may have been this way all along) that the items soon to expire window will also close if you mouse over skills in the quick bar.
