So I was thinking about how you unlock the different effects of +16 - +20 through maxing ALR in your gear piece, since we can't get +16 - +20 anymore, they should give us the attack speed bonus as well for achieving that effect when you complete a gear in ALR. For each weapon ALR effect you get, should be the equivalent attack speed of the rank that the effect represents. Example +16 effect is 4 attack speed, +17 effect is 8 attack speed etc.. (+20 speed at +20 effect)
