I havent tested them yet I just got them I wanted to make sure fuel was working first.

I tried money and cash neither make a difference.

If I start it after utils I need to manually restart fuel ingame for it to become functional, but if I ensure it before utils it works fine.

I just had a thought. Have you tried starting the fuel at the very end? After the gas stations
