Did you managed to make these titles by actionbar text??? Can you please share only this fragment or point me how to do it? I'm still learning, but I would like to use that in my map for teaching

Can you please then tell me how I can have normal chat and actionbar and also this message under bossbar?
I would like to have something like that and with ability to use rawtext, but don't use actionbar or chat.
It would help me a lot with my map for teaching

I don't need full code, I'm trying understand myself how I can make like second actionbar, which works like actionbar, but it's in the other place on screen than normal one. And they both can work simultaneously
