I had a addon that was already existing, and then I added a new block that was just a stripped oak wood block except it had no collision. This worked perfectly fine for me, but when other people joined the server it had no texture nor was it using the name assigned in the language file. The world has the setting that forces you to have the resource pack to join, so I don't know what the issue is. (I wasn't sure what category this would go in for blocks so I put it here)
